Who we are
This website is operated by WWT DOO SR.MITROVICA (Wood World Trading), Višnjevačka 1, 22000Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia, company registration number 08795274 ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect
When you send a quote request or email us, we receive:
- your name, company, email address and country;
- the details of your request (grades, sizes, volume and your message);
- any further information you choose to send in later correspondence.
Our hosting provider also processes technical data needed to deliver the website, such as IP address and browser type, in server logs kept for a short period for security purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or social media trackers. Fonts are served from our own website, not from third parties.
Why we use your data
- To answer your request and prepare a quote — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To carry out and administer orders — performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations such as accounting and export records.
- To keep in touch with existing business contacts about our products — our legitimate interest in maintaining business relationships. You can object at any time.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who receives your data
We share data only where needed: with our website hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc., our form processing provider Web3Forms, our email provider, and, for orders, with logistics partners and authorities where required for shipping and customs. Some of these providers may process data outside Serbia and the European Economic Area. Where they do, appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are in place.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Data related to orders is kept for as long as required by Serbian accounting and tax law.
Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, emailinfo@wwt.rs.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, or with the data protection authority in your own country.
